CELESTE - a dreamy duck egg blue floral and striped quilted cotton quilt handmade in India. Hand block-printed and hand stitched by artisans in India. Beautiful hand stitched blanket stitching on the edges makes this quilt extra special. Celeste means “heavenly” in Latin and this quilt has it in spades!
Hand block-printed designs are featured on both sides of the quilt making it fully reversible. A light to mid weight quilt made with cotton wadding inside two layers of hand block-printed cotton.
The irregularities of the fabric add character and pay homage to the quilt’s handmade nature , making it a uniquely special piece.
Tip: The quilt will fit better to a Queen size bed if blue stripes are laid horizontally (as pictured).
