TURMERIC Rectangle - Handwoven IKAT cushion cover
A beautiful TURMERIC coloured cushion cover handmade by her indigo. The cotton fabric has been handwoven by Indian artisans using the IKAT weaving method. This method of weaving is very intricate and only highly skilled weavers can master it. The yarn is dyed in pre-determined places so that when it is woven the IKAT design comes to life. It’s magical!
Natural dyes are used to produce this beautiful turmeric colour.
100% cotton, handwoven fabric.
Cushion size: 40 cm H x 65 cm W
Fully lined and sewn with an envelope style enclosure at the back.
Insert not included, suits a 40x65 cm size insert.
Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water only using mild detergent. Do not soak for too long.
Dry in shade.
